ABSTRACT:
Quality of services is the single most effective and sustainable means of differentiation between two competing organizations. In the empirical study, a descriptive correlative approach was undertaken and data were collected by using self reported questionnaires on patient satisfaction from patients, and Nurse’s working index and job satisfaction from staff nurses by probability cluster sampling technique in March 2015 at IMS and SUM HOSPITAL. The data was analyzed for sample characteristics, association and correlation. A Hospital’s sustainable competitive advantage rests majorly in the services by the Staff nurses.
