ABSTRACT:
Initiation of an interprofessional learning should begin within health care provider. Recently, this initiation tends to develop in the academic setting. If there is collaboratively interaction among nursing and medical students, especially by understanding each role and responsibilities through communication, it will provide best care to patient. The background, initiation process between schools and nursing students respond through interprofessional learning are described.
