The pre test mean value for stress and coping was 30.65, 44.15 and standard deviation 2.59, 4.87 respectively of the experimental group when compared against the post test mean value for stress and coping with 12.8, 69.35 and standard deviation 1.96, 4.71 respectively reveals ‘t’ value of 22.31, 17, which shows a very high statistical significance at P<0.05 level. In the control group the mean value for stress and coping was 21.05, 53 and standard deviation 4.35, 10.56 respectively with a ‘z’ value of 2.13, 6.1 which is significant at P<0.05 level.
