ABSTRACT:
Objectives: To assess the knowledge regarding the side effects of chemotherapy among cancer patients in selected hospital, Bangalore. Methods: A quantitative nonexperimental approach and descriptive research design was adopted. 30 cancer patients were selected by convenient sampling method. Structured questionnaire was used to assess the knowledge. Results: The study revealed that 30% of cancer patients had inadequate knowledge and 70% had moderately adequate knowledge.
